At pure recovery we take pride in providing great services. We also take pride in protecting our staff starting from our call reps to our nurse who’s out in the field that’s coming to provide services. For the safety of you and our staff we follow all CDC recommended guidelines. We believe in washing our hands using hand sanitizer we also believe wearing mask will protect you and others, We also wear face shields as we do provide services that contains fluids or blood.
Pure recovery Covid 19 company policy, Mandatory temperature checks will be done at each and every scheduled services. Pure Recovery mandatory require all patients to have a face mask or covering on upon welcoming pure recovery in Airbnb Hotel Residence. Keep in mind our staff are fully masked and vaccinated. If patient does not agree with company policy pure recovery can not provide services. COVID-19 has a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. People with these symptoms below may have COVID-19: such as (Fever or chill)
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
This list does not include all possible symptoms. CDC will continue to update this list as we learn more about COVID-19. Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness.
Please keep in mind that this is not all symptoms that other symptoms could occur such as trouble breathing heavy pain in the chest area colored skin and other, If you are having other symptoms please contact your medical provider for further assistance.
Keep in mind all services are final and non refundable. If you test positive COVlD -19 your services will be put on stand by until your mandatory quarantined up to 10 days or longer. Services can be restored by emailing pure recovery documents proof of negative results from your primary doctor or urgent care with contact information.
To report a change to pure recovery about your status because of COVlD-19 please alert pure recovery by email and contact by phone.
