It is very important to read All information before booking. NO REFUNDS ON PAID DEPOSIT OR FULLY PAID SERVICES. All paid transactions to pure recovery for services is final and nonrefundable. (FINAL)
All services is to be paid on Pure Recovery company website or by requested payment sent by PR company PayPal.
If any scheduled procedures is canceled for whatever reason, Patient paid funds will be held up to 1 month 20 days only!! Giving the patient time to reschedule for paid services with the company. The 1 month 20 days time limit will start from the time that patient contact the company informing that they've had a cancellation of procedure. No contact to company of any update on rescheduled services, Customer will lose services and date!
AFTER THE 1 MONTH 20 DAY MARK OF DATE THE COMPANY CAN NO LONGER ASSIST WITH PAST PAID SERVICES. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO REBOOK SERVICES AGAIN.
This is mandatory by the company. All customers are asked to sign and date understanding the company policy of all transaction paid to pure recovery on company website or by company PayPal, All is to be signed before booking is secure and if not signed booking page will not allow customer to proceed to checkout.
Reminder all services and balances
Remaining balance for services is due 5 days before service is to begin, If balance is not paid patient services will be cancelled.
If company website ask for patient procedure information and they do not enter all information correctly, such as surgery center, surgeon, procedure, etc., Company can not proceed with services.
